Exclusive Grand Barn Access for Your Entire Wedding Day

Your Grand Barn rental gives you complete exclusive use for 13 hours. The main dining room, the mezzanine level, the two covered decks, the ceremony patio on the ground floor, the pavilion, the fire pit area, and every area in between are all yours. No other events, no shared spaces, no rushing through your timeline.

We include access to our spacious serving kitchen for your off-site caterer, plus all three party suites with beauty bars for getting ready. The expansive solid oak staircase, hardwood floors, and that stunning view from the second-story balcony overlooking your ceremony space? All part of your exclusive access.

Professional Event Coordination and Security

Every Grand Barn wedding includes an on-site event day manager who coordinates your timeline and works with vendors throughout your 13 hours. They know how to move guests smoothly between our multiple levels and outdoor spaces, and they understand exactly how our serving kitchen works with off-site catering.

We also provide on-site security during your entire event. This team approach means you can relax knowing professionals are handling the logistics while you focus on celebrating.

Overnight Stay in The Nest Treehouse

Your package includes one night in The Nest Treehouse, located right next to the venue. This single-room suite features a queen bed, a full indoor bath, and a seasonal outdoor shower and comes with heat, AC, and Wi-Fi. After your reception ends, you can simply walk a few steps to your private treehouse retreat.

The Nest gives you a peaceful place to unwind after your big day, and you'll wake up surrounded by the same wooded setting where you just got married.

Priority Access to Guest Lodging

Wedding guest reservations get priority access to our treehouses, cabins, and country homes. While our Thursday through Sunday lodging typically opens just 3 months in advance during wedding season, your guests get first choice of our unique accommodations.

We have 10 treehouses (including designs by Pete Nelson), 4 cabins, and 2 country homes located on our 75 wooded acres. Many couples love that their guests can stay steps away from the celebration, creating a true destination wedding experience without destination costs.

Your wedding guests also get early check-in at 2:00 pm instead of our standard 3:00 pm, giving them extra time to settle in before your ceremony.

All Your Essential Furniture and Fixtures

We include everything you need for a complete wedding celebration. Your ceremony gets our rustic arbor and garden chairs. For dining, you'll have 30-inch by 8-foot banquet tables with farmhouse chairs (starting with 2026 events), plus a stunning 24-foot rustic head table that becomes a focal point in the dining room.

We also provide your sweetheart table, cake table, receiving table, and high-top cocktail tables for the covered deck areas. The white lights strung across our trusses, beams, and handrails create beautiful ambiance, and we include tasteful greenery accents and chiffon drapery.

For the reception, we offer rustic display units and a mobile three-barrel display for your personal touches.

Planning Support From Our Venue Team

Your package includes planning support from the Mohicans Wedding Venue Planning Team. This venue coordination helps you understand how to maximize your 13-hour exclusive access and work effectively with your off-site caterer in our serving kitchen.

Our planning team knows the flow between spaces, understands how weather affects your options, and can guide you through the logistics of hosting up to 200 guests in warm weather or 150 guests during winter indoor events.

What You'll Handle Separately

We require off-site catering, so you'll work with the caterer of your choice. Bar service and alcohol are also priced separately from your venue rental. These items give you complete flexibility to match your style and budget.
